NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that by virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered in the above-entitled action on November 7, 2025 in the amount of $338,049.16, the undersigned Sheriff of Brown County, Green Bay, Wisconsin, will sell at public auction in the Brown County Sheriff's Office, 2684 Development Drive, Green Bay, Brown County, Wisconsin on the 27th day of May, 2026 at 10:00 o'clock AM on that day, the real estate and mortgaged premises directed by said judgment to be sold, and therein legally described as follows:
Unit 302 of Meadow Lane Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded as Brown County Document No. 2386463, and any amendments and/or addendums thereto, together with said Unit's appurtenant undivided interest in and to the common elements and limited common elements, if any, thereto, in the Village of Wrightstown, Brown County, Wisconsin.

TERMS:
1. 10% of successful bid must be paid to sheriff at the sale in cash, cashier's check or certified funds payable to Brown County Clerk of Court (personal checks cannot and will not be accepted).
2. The balance is to be paid not later than 10 days after the Court's Confirmation of Sale in cash, cashier's check or certified funds payable to Door County Clerk of Court or the 10% down payment is forfeited to the plaintiff.
3. The property is sold "as is" and subject to all taxes, liens and encumbrances.
4. Any purchaser other than the intervening plaintiff is responsible for payment of applicable Wisconsin Real Estate Transfer Fee which is to be paid in addition to, and not out of the bid amount.
