Notice of Special Meeting A Special Meeting of the Egg Harbor Township Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held on Monday, December 29, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., prevailing time, within the Egg Harbor Township Municipal Building, H. Robert Switzer Courtroom, located at 3515 Bargaintown Road, Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, 08234. The purpose of this special meeting is for the board to hear the following applications which were carried from the December 1, 2025 meeting: 1) ZB2025-003 Erik Chodnoff; Block 1435 Lot 5, Ashland Avenue, Egg Harbor Township 2) ZB2025-011 Donald & Janet Willier; Block 9502 Lot 7, 13 Seaview Drive, Egg Harbor Township. A copy of the applications and associated documents will be on file at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing date at the Land Use Board Office located at 3515 Bargaintown Road, Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey and may be inspected during normal business hours 8:30am to 4:30pm. At the time of the public hearing, any interested persons may appear and give comment/testimony. Formal action may be taken during the course of the meeting.
