Notice of an Intent to Remediate to an Environmental Standard. (Sections 302(e)(1)(ii), 303(h)(1)(ii), 304(n)(1)(i), and 305(c)(1)) Notification of Receipt of a Final Report (Sections 302(e)(2), 303(h)(2)) Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2., notice is hereby given that Republic Services of Pennsylvania, LLC has submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) a Notice of Intent to Remediate a site located in Hellam Township York County, Pennsylvania. The site includes two locations at 580 Cool Creek Rd. and ROW of Cool Creek Rd. This Notice of Intent to Remediate states that the site includes residential property and PennDOT ROW. The site was found to be impacted with reverse osmosis reject liquid and diesel fuel which contaminated soil on the site. Republic Services of Pennsylvania, LLC has selected the Statewide Health Standards to be met by excavation. The proposed future use of the property will be both residential and non-residential for use as a residence and State roadway. Notice is hereby given Republic Services of Pennsylvania, LLC has submitted a final report to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, South-Central Regional Office, to demonstrate attainment of the Statewide Health Standards for the subject site located at 580 Cool Creek Rd., and PennDOT ROW on Cool Creek Rd, Hellam Twp. York County, Pennsylvania. Republic Services of Pennsylvania, LLC has indicated that the soil remediation measures taken have attained compliance with the Statewide Health Standards established under the Pennsylvania Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act.
