The nature of this action is to foreclose a certain condominium lien recorded again the Property known as 109 Knightsbridge Lane, Morganville, NJ 07751, Lot 9, Block 132.11, located in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The lien being foreclosed is identified as follows: (1) Notice of Lien, for the sum of $16,322.90, on January 16, 2025 in Official Records Book 9721 at Page 8501, Instrument Number 2025004656, et. seq. If you dispute this Complaint, you or your attorney must file a written Answer or Motion and proof of service with the Deputy Clerk of the Superior Court in the County listed above within 35 days from the date you received this Summons, not counting the date you received it. If the Complaint is one in foreclosure, then you must file your written Answer or Motion and proof of service with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, P.O.
