Notice to Bidders Sealed bids for the construction of the WARD FAMILY YMCA IMPROVEMENTS will be received by the YMCA of Central Ohio at 1907 Leonard Avenue, Suite 150, Columbus OH 43219, until 1:00 p.m. (local time) on January 20, 2026. The project includes the demolition of site pavement; grading and drainage improvements; site electrical and lighting improvements; and the installation of pickleball courts, playground swings, pre-engineered shelter building, electronic interactive play equipment, retaining walls, sidewalks and parking lot pavement. The contract documents are available for non-refundable purchase on January 5, 2026 from Key Blueprint North, Columbus, OH, www.keycompanies.com. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on January 12, 2026 at 2:00 pm (local time). The conference will be held at the Eldon & Elsie Ward Family YMCA, 130 Woodland Avenue, Columbus, OH 43203.
