Installation of a metal building which includes interior finishes and MEP's and sitework Anticipated Start date is on or around 7/1/2026. Bidders must be pre-qualified or have submitted a pre-qualifcation package to Kast thru Compass https://compass-app.com/ to bid this project. Anticipated subcontractor bid due date is May 20th , 2026 at 2 pm No bid may be withdrawn after the bid due date & time for a period of 60 days.
