TO: CITIFINANCIAL SERVICE INC.; AURA QUINONES, ANCIANI and EDWARD R PETKEVIS, ESQ.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an order made on the 10th day of October, 2025, the Superior Court fixed the 9th day of December, 2025 between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and four o'clock in the afternoon, prevailing time, at the Office of the Tax Collector of the Township of Gloucester located at 1261 Chews Landing Road, P.O. Box 8, Blackwood, New Jersey, 08012 as the time and place when and where you may pay to the plaintiff the amount so found due for principal and interest on its certificate of tax sale as follows:
This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing tax sale certificate #17-00802 dated January 4, 2018, made by the Collector of Taxes for the Township of Gloucester, County of Camden and State of New Jersey, to US BK CUST FOR PC7 FIRSTTRUST and recorded in the office of the Camden County Clerk/Register in mortgage book 10849, page 878. Most recent assignment recorded on November 4, 2021 in mortgage book 11889, page 363 and covers real estate located at 16 Del Sol Place, Gloucester, County of Camden and State of New Jersey known as Block 15703, Lot 16 on the tax duplicate of the Township of Gloucester, and assessed to Kurrine Davis a/k/a Kurinne Davis. Total amount required to redeem is $57,976.25, together with interest from September 22, 2025, and costs.
And that unless, at the same time and place, you or one of you redeem by paying the aforesaid sum so found due to plaintiff, then you, and each of you shall be debarred and foreclosed of and from all right and equity of redemption of, in and to the lands and premises above set out and described in the complaint and every part thereof, and that the plaintiff be vested with an absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee simple in said lands and premises.
Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, redemption shall be permitted up until the entry of final judgment including the whole of the last date upon which judgment is entered.
