Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting Bidders are required to attend a Pre-Bid Meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. at District Administration Office at 501 Washington Street, Pekin, Illinois. Site visits will be held immediately after the mandatory pre-bid meeting if requested.
