NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Village of Loch Arbour Planning board and Julienne and David Dweck 404 Euclid Avenue, Loch Arbour, NJ 07711 Lot 8, Block 12 R-Zone. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Loch Arbour will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 7:00 pm in the Village of Loch Arbour Municipal Building, 550 Main Street, Loch Arbour, New Jersey to consider the application of Julienne and David Dweck (the Applicants) for premises located and known as Lot 8, Block 12, 404 Euclid Avenue, Loch Arbour, New Jersey. The property contains a two and half story single family residence and related site improvements. The Applicants are proposing a modification to a previously approved Pavillion that will now require a variance as an expansion of an existing non confirming accessory structure, 706B Cabana not allowed in residential zone.
Applicant will present a historically appropriate plan which will maintain and improve the quality and character of existing accessory structure to satisfy that of the Historic District. A Certificate of Appropriateness for a Major Alteration is also required as under Ordinance 2018-450. In addition to the Certificate of Appropriateness, the Applicants are also seeking bulk variance relief pursuant to Ordinance 156, For accessory garage structure side yard Existing 3'3" , expansion of existing non conforming. The Applicants further make application for any additional exceptions, interpretations, waivers, or variances required for the approval of this application as deemed necessary by the Board or its Professionals during the course of the public hearing of this application. All members of the public will have an opportunity to offer comments and/or ask questions regarding the proposal. The hearing may be continued as necessary without the need for further notice on dates to be determined by the Board. The application and plans for the proposal are on file with, and may be inspected at, the Board office located at the Village of Loch Arbour Municipal Building, 550 Main Street, Loch Arbour, NJ, 07711 during the Village's normal business hours.
