POTTER TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF INTENT This publication is a Notice of Intent of Potter Township, Beaver County to submit an Act 537 Sewage Facilities Plan Update to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP). We do hereby give notice that Rettop Development Corp. has submitted a Component 3M Sewage Facilities Planning Module to Potter Township for the proposed transfer of ownership of their wastewater treatment and collection system at their 58-lot single-family residential development, Montgomery Ridge at Yellow Gate Estates. This Small Flow Treatment Facility (SFTF) is for the treatment of wastewater with discharge into an unnamed tributary to Raccoon Creek. The system will be used to treat the sewage from the development on the 62-acre property. The site is located on the north side of Trillium Way, approximately 0.2 miles northwest of the intersection of Trillium Way and E. Mowry Road in Potter Township, Beaver County. As a requirement of approval of this Act 537 Sewage Facilities Plan by PADEP, the update is being made available for public review and comment for a thirty (30) day period which commences as of the publication of this notice. The public is invited to comment on the Plan, which can be reviewed at the Township Office, 206 Mowry Road, Monaca, PA 15061 during regular business hours.
