PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE BULDING CODE AMENDMENTS LEGAL NOTICE FRAMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – BUILDING CODE AMENDMENTS The Framingham City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday October 20, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Blumer Room, Memorial Building, located at 150 Concord Street, Framingham, Massachusetts, to consider amendments to the Building Code Article I Stretch Energy Code Sections 220-1,2,3,4 to include Massachusetts Stretch Code and Specialized Code for Low-Rise Residential 225 CMR22: Massachusetts Residential Stretch Code and Municipal Opt-In Specialized Code 2023 AND 225 CMR23: Massachusetts Commercial Stretch Energy Code and Municipal Opt-In Specialized Code 2023. A copy of the full text of the draft amendments to the Building Code may be inspected in the City Council Office, Room 113 and the City Clerk's Office, both located at 150 Concord Street, Framingham, Massachusetts, as well as 48 hours prior to the meeting, online at the City Council Public Meeting Portal for the agenda with link to background information.
