NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Queen Creek Planning and Zoning Commission and Queen Creek Town Council will conduct public hearings at the stated dates and times. The purpose of the public hearings is to receive testimony and comment on the following application(s): PROJECT: P25-0156 Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment – Downtown Core Parking Exception REQUEST: Text Amendment to Zoning Ordinance Code Section 5.6 (Parking and Loading Standards) providing languge allowing an exception to the Town's off-street parking requirements for certain properties in the Downtown Core (DC) zoning district. APPLICANT: Les Johnson, Town of Queen Creek, 480-358-3064 The Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting and Town Council meetings are held at the Queen Creek Community Chambers, 20727 E. Civic Parkway. Copies of the application and related materials are on file for public viewing at the Town of Queen Creek Development Services Department offices during normal business hours, 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Thursday.
