PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Framingham City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at or after 7:00PM in the Blumer Room, Memorial Building, located at 150 Concord Street, Framingham, Massachusetts, to consider allowing VERIZON NEW ENGLAND INC. and NSTAR ELECTRIC COMPANY d/b/a EVERSOURCE ENERGY request permission to locate poles, wires, cables and fixtures including the necessary anchors, guys and other such sustaining and protecting fixtures to be owned and used in common by your petitioners, along and across the following public way or ways: EDMANDS ROAD: Place one (1) jointly owned pole numbered T.125S / E.125S on the north side of Edmands Road at a point approximately four hundred forty (440) feet northeasterly from the Southborough Town Line; and approximately thirty-five (35) feet northerly from existing pole numbered T.125 / E.125. Reason: This request is required to correct an existing pole-to-tree guying issue; and to provide for the distribution of intelligence and telecommunications and the transmission of high and low voltage electric current. Written comments should be submitted to citycouncil@framinghamma.gov by 5:00 p.m. on Friday November 14, 2025 48-hours in advance of the meeting date, you may visit the Public Meeting Portal via the City website for the Zoom information that will allow remote viewing and participation in this Public Hearing or use the Zoom information shown below.
