PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City of Boone, Iowa, is hereby serving as Public Notice that on May4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., the City Council will hold a public hearing during the regular City Council meeting to update the community and provide an opportunity for the community to provided feedback on the current status of a Community Development Block Grant for the reconstruction of the Ground Water Reservoir Project. This meeting will be held to give residents information on the status of the project at this time during construction. Citizens are encouraged to attend and express their preferences about the proposed activities. Residents can provide comments in writing before the meeting by email to kmajors@booneiowa.gov or by mail to PO Box 550, Boone, IA 50036. Additionally, citizens who wish to participate in the public hearing can attend in person on May 4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Boone City Council Chambers, 923 8th Street, Second Floor, Boone, Iowa.
