PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City of Rolling Fields will hold a public hearing per KRS 132.027 for setting its 2026 real property tax rate. The public hearing will be on June 8, 2026, at the hour of 6:30 p.m. at the Second Presbyterian Church, 3701 Old Brownsboro Rd., Louisville, KY 40207. The 2025 tax rate of $.170 per $100 of assessed valuation, produced $338,211.72. The compensating tax rate for 2026, the rate that would produce the same revenue as 2025, is $.161 per $100 of assessed valuation. The 2026 proposed tax rate is $.170 per $100 assessed valuation and would produce $351,740.19. The City of Rolling Fields proposes to exceed the compensating tax rate with the expected revenue spent on general government expenses.
