PUBLIC NOTICE - FAB-CON, INC. Be advised that Fab-Con, Inc. is dissolving its corporate charter. If any person has a claim against Fab-Con, Inc., the claimant must send notice to Fab-Con, Inc. with the following information: (1) claimant's full name; (2) claimant's mailing address; (3) claimant's account number, if any; and (4) a description of the events giving rise to such claim. The claim must be mailed to c/o Fab-Con, Inc., 651 River Highland Blvd., Covington, LA 70433, Attention: Patrick J. Gros, CPA. A claim against Fab-Con, Inc. will be extinguished by peremption unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within three years after publication of this notice.
