PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) No. 26-007 Project A1405 Power Road Widening - Riggs Road to Chandler Heights Road NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Queen Creek, Arizona will receive Bids for Power Road Widening – Riggs Road to Chandler Heights Road, IFB 26-007, through the Town's e-Procurement Portal. Project Summary: For the supply of all materials, labor, supplies and equipment needed for construction services to widen Power Road from its current two-lane configuration (one lane in each direction) to a five-lane roadway, consisting of two lanes in each direction and a center two-way left-turn lane. The project limits extend from Riggs Road to just south of Chandler Heights Road. Pre-Submittal Conference: November 12, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., Law Enforcement Community Chambers, 20727 E. Civic Parkway, Queen Creek, AZ 85142 The Town will accept bids on or before 3:00 P.M. local time on December 2, 2025 through the link provided in IFB 26-007. Bids must include all information items listed in the IFB. Bids received after the date and time prescribed for the opening of Bids, or not submitted in the designated manner, will not be accepted, opened, or considered. NO EMAILED, FAXED, MAILED OR HAND-DELIVERED BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The IFB documents may be obtained from the Town of Queen Creek's website at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/queencreekaz Each Bid shall be in accordance with specifications and instructions contained therein.
