NOTICE OF APPROVAL
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon the Application of Maplewood III, LLC as Owner of the Park Crossing Apartments (formerly the Maplewood Apartments) and more particularly known as 2000 Maplewood Drive, Lot 3 of Block 173 on the Maple Shade Tax Assessment Map, the Maple Shade Joint Land Use Board on April 15, 2026 adopted a written Resolution memorializing the actions taken by the Land Use Board on March 18, 2026 granting a Use Variance to replace the fire destroyed office building, with nine (9) New Rental Townhomes.
Copies of the Application, Plans, Reports, other documents related to the Application and Resolution are available for examination in the office of the Maple Shade Land Use Board Secretary, 200 Stiles Avenue, Maple Shade, New Jersey, during normal business hours.
