PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF DECISION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 6, 2025 the Township of Washington Zoning Board granted use variance and waiver of site plan approval for Hurffville Inc. d/b/a Wedgwood Country Club (the "Applicant"). The property for which the approval was granted is Block 194.13, Lot 20 on the official tax map of the Township of Washington, commonly known as 200 Hurffville Road, Turnersville, New Jersey 08012. The Applicant received approval from Section 285-157 from the Township's ordinance to permit multi-tenant use on the property. On November 10, 2025, The Zoning Board adopted Resolution 55-2025 memorializing that determination. Copies of the applications, plans, reports, drawings, and the Resolution are on file in the office of the Washington Township Zoning Board of Adjustment.
