Default was established through multiple sworn affidavits, multiple notarial presentments, and a final Notarial Certificate of Default, all duly served with full opportunity to cure. Perfected filings include a UCC-1 Notice (Iowa SOS #E25049415-3), Recorded Fee Schedule (Pima Co., AZ #20250150004), Recorded Paid-in-Full Promissory Note (Polk Co., IA #2025-00065254), and Full Release of Mortgage (Polk Co., IA #2025-00069806 & #2025-00069807). Shellpoint (& Wells Fargo) failed to rebut, provide verified proof of claim, or produce admissible evidence; silence is admission, and the record is final, conclusive, and unrebutted. Any lien, levy, encumbrance, foreclosure, or claim by either entity is null, void, unlawful, and without standing, as they hold no right, title, interest, or authority over the private property.
