PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the South Carolina State Housing Finance & Development Authority (SC Housing) will hold a public hearing to: Provide an opportunity for members of the community to share comments regarding the following developments: Cherokee Landing Phase II (Berea Heights Road, Greenville), Berea Heights Villas (125 Lions Club Road, Greenville) and Towne Park Apartments (Augusta Road & Bracken Road, Greenville) proposed Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties seeking State Tax Credits to provide additional affordable housing opportunities for residents. The public hearing will be Tuesday, November 25, 2025, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Hughes Main Library, 25 Heritage Green Place, Greenville, SC 29601. Additional information about the development will be available at the public hearing or can be found online at https://schousing.com/Home/HousingTaxCredits.
