PUBLIC NOTICE The Bloomington, Indiana Housing Authority's Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) waiting list will be opened one day on Friday, November 14, 2025 to families which qualify for the Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) preference. The EHV preference is only available to current participants of BHA's Emergency Housing Voucher Program whose assistance is at risk of termination due to lack of EHV funding. The waiting list opening will allow BHA to place all current EHV participants on the HCV waiting list in accordance with PIH Notice 2025-19, which may be viewed online at https://www.hud.gov/sites/dfiles/OCHCO/documents/PIH_2025-19.pdf.
