PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that Michael Leventon ("Applicant") has filed an application for development with the Medford Township Zoning Board of Adjustment ("Board") regarding real property located at 154 Taunton Boulevard and designated as block 3309, lot 4 on the municipal tax map. The Board granted bulk variance approval on December 18, 2024 for the demolition and construction of a new single family dwelling and associated improvements, which approval was memorialized on January 15, 2025 in Resolution No.: 2024-49. As a condition of approval, the Applicant agreed that the siding of the new home would be that of a natural earth tone. The Applicant constructed the new dwelling with "Jamestown Blue" siding. The Applicant seeks an interpretation from the Board that "Jamestown Blue" is considered a natural earth tone. If the Board disagrees, the Applicant seeks relief of this condition of the prior approval. The Applicant does not require any other known variances in connection with this application.
The Applicant also requests any variances, submission waivers, exceptions, design waivers, de minimis exceptions, interpretations, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting non-conforming conditions, conditional use approval, other approvals reflected on the plans (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) as may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application by the Board and its professional staff, and permits requested or required by the Board at the public hearing.
This application shall be considered by the Board on November 12, 2025 at 6:30 in-person in the Public Safety Building, 91 Union Street (across from Freedom Park), Medford, New Jersey, at which time you may appear either in person or through an attorney and present any objection that you may have to the granting of this application.
