PUBLIC NOTICE BOROUGH OF HOPATCONG LAND USE BOARD TAKE NOTICE that a hearing will be held on November 18th, 2025, before the Borough of Hopatcong Land Use Board in Municipal Building, Hopatcong, Sussex County on the application of the undersigned for a variance(s) 242 – 15 B (1) – No human habitation in the accessory structure. permitting: Amend the conditions of the previous approval dated July 11th, 2007, and memorialized on August 8th, 2007 to allow the upper level of the structure to house a game room, a room for personal use as an office and a half bath on premises located at: 357 Lakeside Blvd. Hopatcong NJ, 07843 and designated as Block 30501 Lot 51 on the Borough of Hopatcong Tax Map. Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the LAND USE BOARD. The application and supporting documents will be on file in the Building Department Office located at the Borough of Hopatcong Municipal Building, 111 River Styx Road, Hopatcong, NJ ten days prior to hearing, and are available for inspection during regular office hours.
