PUBLIC NOTICE You are hereby notified that on Thursday, November 13th, 2025 at 7:30pm, a public hearing will be held to consider the application of: CASE No.: BA 25-05; Abreu 339 Johnston Drive Block 5301 Lot 2 ZONE: RR Expiration: 12/12/2025 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon the application of Melissa Abreu (the "Applicant"), the Board of Adjust- ment of the Borough of Watchung will conduct a hearing on Thursday, November 13th, 2025 at 7:30pm, prevailing time at Borough Hall, 15 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ 07069, to consider an application for relief from variance(s) as follows: The applicant is proposing to instal a pool and patio area with a walkway connecting to the rear patio area of the dwelling. The proposal requires variances for impervious coverage where 21.56% is permitted and 27.08% is proposed and section 28-404 B (2) only allows for pools in the rear yard; the proposed pool is located in the front yard and requires a variance. The Property is located in the RR Zoning District. The Applicant will also seek such other variances, exceptions and/or design waivers as maybe required upon an analysis ofl the plans and the testimony at the public hearing.
