PUBLIC NOTICE
James Frangella was granted a certificate of nonconformity so as to obtain recognition that an existing single family home located at 45 Throckmorton Ave., which is officially designated at block 301 lot 17 on the official tax map of the Borough of Eatontown, is a legal pre-existing nonconforming use; and the applicant was granted variances to add a new front porch to the aforesaid structure, therefore requiring variance relief for an expansion of the pre-existing non-conforming structure. The construction of a new front porch was granted a variance to increase the minimum front yard setback nonconformity to 4.6 ft. where 10.8 ft. is conforming, on November 10, 2025. The determination of the Zoning Board of Adjustment is on file at the Zoning Board Office in Borough Hall located at 47 Broad Street, Eatontown, NJ 07724 and is available for inspection during the business hours of 9:00 a.m. thru 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
