PUBLIC NOTICE Please be advised that on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Deerfield Township Municipal Building, 736 Landis Avenue, Rosenhayn, County of Cumberland in the State of New Jersey 08352, the Land Use Board will hold a public hearing on the application of the undersigned, at which time and place all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard. The subject property is 4.26 acres in size, located at Stillman Avenue and Lebanon Road in Deerfield Township, in the R-2 zoning district, and is known as Tax Block 73 Lot 18. The applicant is seeking an approval for subdivision of the property into two conforming residential lots, along with any and all other variances and waivers that may be required and granted by the Board. A copy of said application and related documents, are on file in the Office of the Secretary of the Land Use Board and may be reviewed by all interested parties prior to the meeting.
