PUBLIC NOTICE Township of Freehold Planning Board Application # 014-25 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT TIMOTHY GLEBINSKI OF BLOCK 42, LOT 2.01 on the Freehold Township Tax Map, known as 2 Northfield Ct, said property located in the R-60 zone, has applied to the Freehold Township Planning Board for the following variances: Bulk "C" variance on the property in order to construct: . 989 sf paver patio and firepit with surrounding seating area (841sf after 15% credit) •320 sf pavillon (16' x 20') • 199 sf paver walkway (170sf after 15% credit) • 10 sf firepit and for such other variances or waivers or other relief as the Board shall deem necessary and appropriate. Together, the improvements will result in a 19.2% (5,798 sf) total impervious lot coverage, which exceeds the permitted 14% maximum in the community's R-60 cluster zone (as per the Burlington Farms subdivision (SD# 869-06) cluster bulk requirements, a maximum total impervious lot coverage of 14% is permitted) A public hearing on this application will be held at the Freehold Township Municipal Building, One Municipal Plaza, Freehold New Jersey at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday January 15th 2026 at which time members of the public may be heard.
