PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Abbeville has received funding under the Louisiana Department of Energy and Natural Resources (LDENR) 40101d program for the 'Greater Abbeville Electric Energy Modernization and Resiliency Plan and Project Portfolio Plan' project to develop a plan to modernize and improve the resiliency of the City's electrical grid. The City is interested in procuring an engineering firm to develop a plan that will include a portfolio of critical grid infrastructure projects and identify and develop 'shovel ready' projects. The procedures for the selection of this firm will be in accordance with the procurement requirements of 44 CFR 13.36. All responses received will be evaluated in accordance with the selection criteria and corresponding point system that is identified in the Request for Qualification Statements for Engineering Services package. The package also identifies the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm. The City will award a contract to the respondent obtaining the highest score in the evaluation process for this project.
