PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that on the 14th day of May 2026 in the L. Manuel Hirshblond Meeting Room in the Township of Toms River Municipal Building at 33 Washington Street, Toms River, New Jersey, the Township of Toms River Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on the application of the undersigned, at which time and place all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. Said meeting will take place at 6:30 pm. The location of the premises in question is located in the R-50 Zone, Block 297.02 Lot 15 and is more commonly known as 340 Silver Bay Road. The applicant is seeking a bulk variance for the purpose of constructing an in-ground pool and driveway. Pool, rear yard setback 8 ft required, 4.75 ft proposed, minimum pool to building setback, 8 ft required, 4.5 ft proposed, fencing not entirely surrounded proposed, driveway 5 ft proposed, 2 ft proposed side yard setback west along with any and all other variances and/or design waivers which may be requested.
