PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that Voorhees Family Apartments LLC ("Applicant") has filed an application for development with the Voorhees Township Planning Board ("Board") regarding a portion of real property known as the Voorhees Drive Condominium, which is situated between Haddonfield-Berlin Road and Laurel Oak Road, and designated as block 198, lot 7 on the municipal tax map (the "Property"). The Applicant seeks preliminary and final major site plan approval to redevelop the Property with a 60-unit a multi-family affordable apartment development consisting of two buildings, together with site amenities including parking areas, landscaping, lighting, utilities, stormwater management facilities and a playground. All of the proposed apartment units will be restricted to low and moderate income families. The Applicant also seeks approval of the following variance under the municipal land use ordinance: 1. Section 152-205(D) permits a maximum freestanding sign area of 32 sf. The Applicant proposes a 40 sf freestanding sign. The Applicant also requests any additional variances, submission waivers, additional exceptions, design waivers, de minimis exceptions, interpretations, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting non-conforming conditions, conditional use approval, other approvals reflected on the plans (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) as may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application by the Board and its professional staff, and permits requested or required by the Board at the public hearing. This application shall be considered by the Board on June 10, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. (caucus at 6:45 p.m.) in-person in the Voorhees Township Town Hall, Courtroom, 2400 Voorhees Town Center, Voorhees, New Jersey 08043, at which time you may appear either in person or through an attorney and present any objection that you may have to the granting of this application. A copy of the application and supporting documentation is on file in the Board's office in the Voorhees Township Town Hall, 2400 Voorhees Town Center, Voorhees, New Jersey 08043 and is available for public inspection during regular business hours.
