PUBLIC NOTICE BEFORE THE STATE OIL AND GAS BOARD OF MISSISSIPPI RE: PETITION OF WHITE RIVER OPERATING, LLC FOR AN EXTENSION OF INACTIVE WELL STATUS UNDER STATEWIDE RULE 28 FOR WELLS LOCATED IN SUNNYSIDE FIELD, JEFFERSON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI DOCKET NO. 226-2026-D To all owners and persons interested in Sunnyside Field, Jefferson County, Mississippi. TAKE NOTICE that White River Operating, LLC has filed a Petition with the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi under Docket No. 226-2026-D requesting the Board to grant an extension of the inactive well status under Rule 28 for the Hall No. 1 Well (API 2306320480) and the Hall No. 2 Well (API 2306320487) located in Section 21, T8N-R1W, Sunnyside Field, Jefferson County, Mississippi. The Petition will be heard by the Board at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on the 15th day of July 2026, at 500 E. Greymont Ave., STE E, Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter. If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance, you must notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, being seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance. You are advised the Board may adopt orders concerning a petition which may differ from the relief requested by the Petitioner and the Board will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.
