PUBLIC NOTICE State Revolving Fund Loan Program State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan Program; The City of Evansville, Indiana, Vanderburgh County; Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) Change in Scope of Work for the Evansville Water & Sewer Utility (EWSU) Water Main and Lead Service Line Replacement, DW23478204. To all interested parties: This is notification of a change in the scope of work in relation to the EWSU Water Main and Lead Service Line Replacement PER dated March 2023 and revised September 2023, which was submitted for review to the SRF Loan Program. Work has been added to the project that was not discussed at the public hearing which was held on November 28, 2023. The proposed includes the investigation of service lines in disadvantaged areas, as defined by the Indiana SRF, and throughout the EWSU service territory. This is more fully described in a PER Letter Addendum. SRF funding will be used to investigate Utility-owned and customer-owned service lines and the Addendum to the PER will allow EWSU to spend the remaining funds available for the proposed work. The additional scope will not impact the current rates.
