PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS

PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS Elmhurst Township Board of Supervisors will receive sealed bids online for 2026 Paving Project (which includes 4 different projects) until 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at which time they shall be opened online and publicly posted via PennBid. All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost on PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). To schedule a road inspection, call 570-842-9999. All bidders must submit bid security in the amount of 10%. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. The bids will be presented to the Elmhurst Township Board of Supervisors at special meeting on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at approximately 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows, at which time they will be considered, and the contract will be awarded. Elmhurst Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid which is in the best interest of the township.
