Notice is hereby given, for purpose of hearing objections, that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Woodbridge on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Municipal Building, #1 Main Street, Woodbridge, NJ, for variances 150-27C(1)(a) 2] minimum lot width 80 ft., proposed 75 ft., 150-27C(1)(a)[6] minimum both side setback 30 ft. , proposed 25 ft., 150-78A(21) maximum driveway width 20 ft, proposed 56 ft., 150-78A(11) location of curb cuts: distance between two driveways serving the same property 50', proposed 21 ft., and any other relief as deemed necessary by the Board from the requirements of the Land Use and Development Ordinance of the Township of Woodbridge regarding property at 37 Thompson Avenue, Fords, New Jersey, also known as Block 315.09, Lot 30.01, Zone R-10 on the Woodbridge Township Tax Map. The applicant proposes to construct a new two story single family dwelling and an 11 ft. x 17 ft. open pool house. Maps, plans and other related documents are on file in the office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Municipal Building, #1 Main Street, 3rd floor, Woodbridge, NJ and are available for inspection between 8:45 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
