PUBLIC PUBLISHED NOTICE OF HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE:
LAND USE BOARD FOR THE BOROUGH OF CLEMENTON
          In accordance with the requirements of the Borough of Clementon Ordinance and Section 45:55-1 of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey, you are hereby notified that an application has been filed on behalf of Abdullah Uzunkaya by the undersigned with the Land Use Board of the Borough of Clementon.
 
          A public hearing will be conducted before the Land Use Board for the Borough of Clementon in connection with this application on Thursday the 13th day of November, 2025 at 7:00 P.M.  The public hearing will take place at the Clementon Municipal Building at 101 Gibbsboro Road, Clementon, New Jersey 08021.  This Notice is being published in accordance with statutory requirements. You are not required to appear at this hearing unless you wish to object to the action desired by the Applicant.   If you appear at the hearing, you will have an opportunity to be heard.
 
          This is a subdivision application as well as an application for an expansion of use or alternatively, a use variance on the premises located at Block 76, Lots 8, 8.01, 9 and 10 on the Clementon Tax Map located in the B-2 Zone.  The street address of the property is 342 White Horse Pike, Clementon, NJ.   Such other necessary variances or waivers, as may be required for this request, may also be requested without any further notification to the public.
          A copy of the application is on file with the Construction Office of the Borough of Clementon in the Municipal Building and may be inspected in that office by all interested parties during regular business hours on Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00  PM.
          Further take notice, that the said Land Use Board may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said hearing from time to time, without any further notice to you, and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Land Use Board for the Borough of Clementon concerning such adjournments, postponements or continuations.
