NOTICE: Patrick Barry is the Successor Trustee of the Primrose A. Barry Trust Under Agreement, dated September 29, 1999. Primrose A. Barry died on October 16, 2025. Primrose A. Barry lived at 10679 Goose Prairie Rd., Leesburg, FL 34788 and her date of birth was May 29, 1923.
Creditors with existing claims against Primrose A. Barry are notified that all claims against the Trust will be forever barred unless presented to the Successor Trustee, within four months after the date of publication of this notice. Notice is further given that the Trust will then be assigned to entitled persons.
