Placement and Respite Homes Needed in Your Area!

Do you have room in your home for children? Are you currently not able to make a long-term commitment for placement of a child? Are you looking to make a difference in the life of a child? Here's your opportunity! The Ho-Chunk Nation Child and Family Services is looking for respite and placement providers in your area! Respite care is short-term care (1 day to 2 weeks) provided to children who are in out-of-home placement. Respite providers are reimbursed $50 per day per child and are also provided gift cards for food. For emergency respite, the respite rate may be increased. You do NOT have to be an enrolled Ho-Chunk tribal member to become a licensed Placement or Respite Home provider! All Respite or Placement Providers must complete a Federal Criminal Background Check.
