Proposed New Branch Location Notice is hereby given that First Bank of Central Ohio, located at 6700 N. High Street Worthington, county of Franklin, Ohio 43085, has made application/notification to the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions ("ODFI") at 77 South High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215-6120, for approval to open a new branch banking office located at 5065 Forest Drive, New Albany, Ohio 43054 in the County of Franklin. The bank's existing branch offices in Worthington, Ohio, and Upper Arlington, Ohio would remain open. Any person wishing to comment on this application/notification may file his or her comments in writing with Ohio Division of Financial Institutions ("ODFI") at 77 South High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215-6120 not later than (14) days from the date of this publication.
