Public Hearing Notice
The City of Bedford Board of Zoning Appeals will be holding 1 public hearing for a request from Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust. They are requesting a Variance from Developmental Standards for less than required parking spaces. They request a reduction of the existing parking spots to 1 space per 250 sq feet of public space for the development of a Walmart Fuel Center. The required parking per ordinance is 1 space per 100 sq feet of public space. The hearing will be on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 3:00p.m. in the City Concourse Building located at 1402 H Street Bedford, IN 47421.
