Public Hearing on the Permissive Referendum to spend funds from the FIRE/EMS Reserve Fund. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that of the Pulteney Fire District of the Town(s) of Pulteney, State of New York, will be holding a public hearing as part of the Permissive Referendum process to spend monies from the Fire/EMS Reserve Fund to purchase new AED Units. A PUBLIC HEARING will be held at 7:15 p.m., or immediately following the Proposed 2026 Budget hearing, whichever is later, at the Pulteney Fire House, Brown Road, Pulteney, New York 14874, in the Town of Pulteney, State of New York on the 21st day of October, 2025. The Board of Fire Commissioners must hold a public hearing on this spending according to section 6g of the General Municipal Laws of NYS. The public hearing is to allow the public to comment on the spending resolution. This public hearing must be held to allow maximum public participation in the hearing. The purpose of the public hearing is to allow any person to be heard in favor of, or against the resolution as it was adopted by the Board of Fire Commissioners, on October 6, 2025.
