Public Notice - Proposed State and Federal Application for Operating and/or Capital Assistance All citizens are advised that Key Opportunities, Inc. has prepared an application for State of Michigan financial assistance for fiscal year 2027 as required under Act 51 of the Public Acts of 1951, as amended, and for federal assistance as required under the federal transit laws, as amended. Key Opportunities Inc. is requesting a total of $624,901.00 through the following funding programs: Section 5310 New Freedom - Federal Operating for $49,563.00 Section 5310 New Freedom - Mobility Management for $81,095.00 Specialized Services - State Operating for $97,867.00 Job Access and Reverse Commute (JARC) Section 5310 - Federal Operating for $49,876.00 Section 5310 - Capital Request: Four revenue vehicle replacements and equipment for $334,000.00 STP/TEDF-D - Equipment for $12,500 Key Opportunities Inc. ensures that the level and quality of transportation service is provided without regard to race, color, or national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
