Public Notice Please take notice that on the 11th day of December, 2025, in the L. Manuel Hirshblond Meeting Room in the Township of Toms River Municipal Building at 33 Washington Street, Toms River, New Jersey, the Township of Toms River Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on the application of the undersigned, at which time and place all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. Said meeting will take place at 6:30 pm. The location of the premises in question is located in the R-75 Zone, Block 2 9 7 , Lot 3 _and is more commonly known as 54 Tenth Street. The applicant is seeking a bulk varience for the construction of an in-ground pool with a Min.
