Conditional Zoning Certificate for Grace Community Church, 13245 Edison Street, Alliance, Ohio 44601, in regard to Article VIII, Section 413.2 B. 3. Conditional Zoning Certificate for James Scott, 13920 Burden Road, Alliance, Ohio 44601, for an expanded home occupation in a Rural Residential District. 4. Conditional Zoning Certificate for Robert Zickefoose, 14633 Ardmore Drive NE, Alliance, Ohio 44601, for solar panels in a One and Two Family Residential District. 5. Any other business to come before the board.
