NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Briarcliff Manor, New York, will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. in the William J. Vescio Community Center, 1 Library Road, Briarcliff Manor, at which time all persons with interest will be heard for and against an appeal by Thomas and Jaime Caruso property located at 548 Pleasantville Road identified on Village tax maps as Section 98, Plate 20, Block 1, and Lot 13, for an application to construct a first floor rear addition to an existing single-family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity Column 9 One Side Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions of Schedule 220 Attachment 2 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor where a minimum of 18 feet is required and 14 feet, 8 inches is proposed and Column 10 Two Side Yards Combined Minimum Yard Dimensions of Schedule 220 Attachment 2 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor where a minimum of 40 feet is required and 31 feet, 10 inches is proposed.
The public will have an opportunity to attend the hearing in person or view and hear the meeting live and provide comments via Zoom videoconferencing. The public hearing will be recorded.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals' agenda and proposed applications are available online in advance of the public hearing at www.briarcliffmanor.gov.
