Public Notice WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP 2026 BUDGET ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that the Warrington Township 2026 Preliminary Budget has been adopted and is now available for inspection during regular business hours at the Township Building or at www.warringtontownship.org. The Preliminary Budget provides no increase in real estate millage and no increase in Earned Income Tax rate F.Y. 2026. The 2026 Budget proposes Real Estate Millage at a total of 25.79 mills, and the Earned Income Tax at the total rate of 1.0% (shared 50/50 with the Central Bucks School District). Real Estate Millage is proposed to be assessed at the rate of 25.79 mills, as follows: 12.73 mills for General Public Service Purposes 3.00 mills for Fire Protection 0.67 mills for Open Space 5.33 mills for Debt Service 2.83 mills for Parks & Recreation 1.23 mills for Capital Projects The 2026 Budget proposes $23,160,102 in Total Revenues and $28,164,723 in Total Expenditures therefore providing a balanced budget with no deficit borrowing anticipated.
