Public Notice John Justin, Contractor, (3410 W. Fox Ridge Lane, Muncie, IN 47304) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities for the following project: Construction and site improvements to a parcel located at 8620 W. Smith Street, Yorktown. Drainage from the site will be through a storm drain out letting into White River.
