Public Notice Mark Thurston, Owner, (TK Constructors, 2224 North Cammack St., Muncie, IN 47304) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities for the following project: Construction and site improvements to a parcel lying on the east side of County Road 600 West and 400 feet north of the Norfolk and Southern Railroad. The storm drainage will outlet into the Chas Fuson Legal Drain and into Pleasant Run. Also, into the Town of Cammack storm drain system that outlets into the York Prairie Creek and into White River.
