NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN 200 FEET OF A SECTION OF SEABROOK AVENUE BETWEEN HAYDEN STREET AND FALKENBERG DRIVE,
BERKELEY TOWNSHIP
PROPOSAL FOR THE DEVELOPEMENT OF SUCH SECTION OF SEABROOK AVENUE OF LESS THAN TOWNSHIP STANDARDS WHICH WILL REQUIRE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT APPROVAL
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 10, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the applicant may be heard, at the Berkeley Township Municipal Building, 627 Pinewald-Keswick Road, Bayville, New Jersey 08721, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Berkeley will hold a hearing on the an application with and before the Berkeley Township Zoning Board seeking approval for the proposed development, construction, and improvement of an undeveloped roadway commonly known as that portion of Seabrook Avenue located between Hayden Street and Falkenberg Drive, on the official tax map of Berkeley Township.
The applicant proposes to construct/develop the undeveloped roadway commonly known as that portion of Seabrook Avenue located between Hayden Street and Falkenberg Drive to be 26 feet wide where the standard width is 30 feet and will seek the approval of a variance, and any other such variances, exceptions and waivers as required by ordinance or directed by the Zoning Board of Adjustments. In the event the Zoning Board of Adjustments should determine, during its consideration of this application, that additional variances are required, the applicant shall amend the application accordingly without further notice.
Copies of the application and plans are on file with the secretary of the Zoning Board of Adjustments of the Township of Berkeley and are open to public inspection by members of the public prior to said hearing date at the office of the Berkeley Township Zoning Board of Adjustments located at the Berkeley Township Municipal Building, 627 Pinewald-Keswick Road, Bayville, New Jersey 08721, during normal working hours on regular working days.
