PLN-TXT-25-0002 - Text Amendment – Recommended Tree List: A request to amend the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to formally adopt a Recommended Tree List for use in development regulations.
PLN-TXT-25-0003 - Text Amendment – Table of Permitted Uses & Parking Materials: A request to amend the Unified Development Ordinance to update the Table of Permitted Uses, update permitted off-street parking materials, correct scrivener's errors, and delete duplicate Tables of Permitted Uses to improve clarity and consistency.
PLN-TXT-25-0004 - Text Amendment – Planning Commission Members: A request to amend the City's ordinance to expand the Planning Commission from five (5) members to seven (7) members.
